Sketchbook Final Project: REFLECTIONS:
What Do You See?

As artists we see the world in many ways.
This book reflects impressions, observations, and visions of past memories, present thoughts, and future ideas.
With limited media of black pen, black india ink, graphite stick, pencil, paper, and carbon paper, I visited spaces and found places not previously imagined. Exploration, investigation, and imagination collided to bring a variety of visual images that developed from one lending to the next, and returning to previous. Individual pages grew not in isolation but rather recursively with one page predicting and defining others through carbon imprinting and repetition of elements in varied ways.
